To meet future demand, a large number of houses needs to be build. Simultaneously, houses need to meet the increasingly higher requirements regarding sustainability. However, housing associations are challenged by limited time and resources. In the meantime, the playing field becomes more complex. An example of this is the organisation of health care for an aging population. How can housing associations navigate through these complexities and proactively look towards the future?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Ruijter Strategy helps housing associations adressing these challenges and strategically look towards the future.
