In addition to being an agile plan for the future, strategy is above all a process. To be able to set the course towards future goals in motion, you need a shared vision of those goals and the course. The strategy process involves questions such as: why are we setting course (what is our mission<\/a>), what destination do we want to reach in the future (what is our vision<\/a>), what weather conditions can we encounter along the way (what are the scenarios<\/a>) and how do we want to get there (what is our roadmap)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get there is the roadmap, what you need along the way to get there are the options and the ‘weather conditions’ along the way are the scenarios.
