With this vision, the pension fund sets the direction for its policy in the coming years. It has been translated into a clear promise to participants. Everyone who works or has worked in government or education deserves a solid pension. ABP’s Vision 2020 aims to ensure that, together with participants and employers, a good pension can continue to be delivered. The guiding motto is therefore: Building a strong pension together.
De Ruijter Strategie supported ABP’s board and organization throughout this process. We started with a trend exploration. This was followed by interactive workshops with participants and other stakeholders. Finally, we helped formulate the vision.
