Where do you want to go?

Set your course

Vision & strategy

Your strategy determines the course of your organization, company, domain or department. It is a roadmap to achieve strategic goals in the medium and long-term. Since these goals are further away, anything can happen on the way that is beyond your control, such as economic developments, changes in the (geo)political climate and the availability of people or raw materials. These uncertainties require an agile plan; you must be able to adjust your course to still achieve these strategic goals. If you consider these scenarios in advance, you will be better prepared to deal with uncertainty.

For government organizations

Federal Government, municipalities and provinces and other government organizations need a plan to achieve the medium and long-term objectives based on their own mission. Or they first want to recalibrate their vision of the future and adjust the goals if necessary.

De Ruijter Strategy offers support with design and supervising a sophisticated process, often involving different parties and social stakeholders. From desk research and trend analysis to process facilitation, project management and content visualisation.

For companies

Even if you already know what you want to achieve with your business, the path to achieving it is not straight forward. Staff shortage, new laws and regulations and increased interest rates are a few examples of factors that influence your way forward. The environment changes quickly and is unpredictable. The natural tendency is to mainly see risks, but if you look closely, you will see that change also offers opportunities.

De Ruijter Strategy supports companies in seeing and thinking through these developments to be prepared for both risks and opportunities. We do this in a data-driven and substantive manner. Together we create a plan that will help you achieve your goals – thanks to and despite – changes. We do this by mobilizing the knowledge and enthusiasm in your organization in a structured process. Thanks to this co-creation, the strategy truly becomes yours. We have 30 years of experience with this way of working. We guide and support you from start to finish, from asking the right questions and process design to guidance and drawing up the plan.

For organizations in civil society

In addition to government organizations and companies, De Ruijter Strategy also supports organizations with a public or social task with their strategy development. Think of pension funds, healthcare and educational institutions and housing associations. These organizations serve a social interest, which makes broad support for the vision and strategy essential. We help design and implement a process in which all stakeholders, both internal and external, are involved.
